33 Years of Event Excellence
CMS Australasia began in 1992 as Conference Recording Services, specialising in audio tape recordings for conferences. As the internet emerged and technology rapidly evolved, so did we! Rebranding as Conference Media Services to reflect our growing capabilities in CR-ROM production and the early days of internet based content delivery.
Over the years, CMS has grown alongside our clients and the event production industry. Now, as we move through the 2020s, CMS operates across a diverse range of industries as a full-service event and media provider, constantly adapting and advancing with innovations in event technology.
We are proud of the long-standing partnerships we’ve built with some of Australia’s most recognised brands, with some lasting over 28 years. These relationships reflect the trust and consistency we offer, and they’re a testament to our approach of working closely with clients to meet their evolving needs.

With 50 full-time team members across Melbourne and Brisbane offices, we deliver projects throughout the Australasian region. Our 2,000-square-metre Melbourne warehouse serves as a base for equipment management and maintenance. Additional facilities in Brisbane and Perth allow us to efficiently service clients nationwide.
