CMS lights up the house for the NBL’S first court projection
Melbourne United unveiled Australia’s first NBL court projection presentation solely developed by CMS Australasia as part of their pre-game entertainment package. The amazing visual experience was months in the making with not only technicians and AV installing the venue infrastructure but a committed team of 3D and motion graphic designers producing the visual experience.

The technology behind the experience requires numerous integrated ultra-bright projectors that are blended to create one enormous high impact image. The result has been a stunning display that got the 10,000 plus crowd wowed and pumped for the final round of the NBL season.

Steve Anderson, Managing Director of CMS, said;

“After months of planning and hard work by our dedicated and highly skilled team, we are excited and proud to bring to the NBL a true WOW moment before the game has even begun.”

Vince Crivelli, Melbourne United CEO, noted;

“We are always looking for ways to improve the show surrounding our games, and this new technology definitely does that. This is all part of the NBL aiming to provide unforgettable fun, immersive experiences for the fans and CMS has delivered that for us.”

The court projection experience will also be part of the Nov 18th pre-game show when Melbourne United begins their 2016 finals campaign against the Breakers.
